What we’re looking for is a bit of a character. We’re an agency with a knack for surprising our clients with ideas that surprise their consumers and ultimately move their products off the shelf. Accomplishing that on a day in, day out basis requires a certain type of individual.

You can:

• Deliver ideas that will be executed on a national level.
• Actively participate in concept development sessions
• Take complete ownership of assigned work in developing concepts that solve clients’ strategic goals
• Embody the values of the agency while maintaining a positive attitude and dedication

You have:

• Agency internship experience (digital is a plus)
• The initiative to complete assignments without constant pestering
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for details and organization
• Great writing skills
• BA/BS in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Business or something equally impressive
